Q. I'm having problems putting more than one item in my shopping cart?

You can find the "Accept Cookies" in the properties or preferences section of your browser's set up screen. Most browsers are automatically set to default to accept cookies. If you wish, you can always disable cookies after you have placed your order. By the way, we do not send out anything that will harm your PC when we embed a cookie on your hard drive.

Q. How secure is your service?

Q. I prefer to just call my order into you over the phone?

A. will gladly accepts your order any way you wish to give it to us. We, however, recommend that all orders be placed through our web site so they can be fully integrated with our order processing and site management software. This will allow us to monitor the status of your order more effectively than if it is called in manually. Remember, you have the ability to place your order electronically on the site using the shopping cart system.

Q. I noticed that when I press the "Continue Shopping" button from the Shopping Cart page, I get a message stating that I am entering an unsecured site. I thought your web site was secure?

A. All of the sections which contain areas where vital customer information is required, such as the Shopping Cart page and the Order Forms, are fully protected by SSL encryption. The individual product pages are not. Some browsers will return this warning when you leave a protected area and go to a non-SSL page. Just disregard the notice and proceed through the website. When you go to the check out page you will notice that the secure icon for your browser will appear. You can then safely enter your information.

Q. I live in a foreign country. Can I still buy through your service?

At this time we are not servicing customers outside the United States through out website. Please email us your requirements at and we will respond with a quotation including shipping charges.

Q. What about backorders?

A. has one of the highest order fulfillment rates in the industry. Occasionally an item may be out of stock. If you do not wish any out of stock items to be shipped to you when they are available please indicated that in the comment area of your order form.
